Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment
We conduct review of the regulatory agencies' records, historic records, physical site inspections, including, but not limited to determination of the presence or likely presence of Hazardous Substances or Petroleum Products to conclude whether or not there is any evidence of Recognized Environmental Conditions. We perform necessary sampling, sample analyses, and prepare required reports for submission to the government agencies, municipal and/or financial organizations.
Environmental Assessment Statement (DSNY & NYC DCP)
We prepare full EAS reports required by the City agencies for the properties involved with industrial, manufacturing and commercial activities and transportation facilities. The initial application for Permits to Operate or any following modifications, including expansions of the facilities and/or operations, a zoning text map amendment, modification of size of an accessory group parking facility and curb cut restrictions, involving ULURP and Type I projects, as well as projects located in Special Districts.
E-Designation Projects (NYC DEP/OER)
We prepare Remedial Action Plans for facilities undergoing renovation or use change, which are indicated on the New York City E-Designation list, in order to comply with current Air Quality and Noise E-Designation City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) requirements. We work in close cooperation with the architects to ensure an acceptable interior noise level by calculating a required window/wall noise attenuation on all façades or alternative methods of attenuation. We also evaluate all Air Quality issues from the facility and surrounding facilities.
